Partner Program Terms

Please read these terms before applying to or participating in the affiliate Partner Program.

1. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern Glosaire’s affiliate Partner Program. Participation requires approval. They do not create employment, agency, franchise, joint venture, or authority to bind Glosaire. Submitting an application means you accept these terms. Approval and any required payout verification must be completed before promotion begins.

2. Eligible revenue

A Partner is an approved affiliate. A Referred Account is an eligible new learner account whose referral is bound by Glosaire at signup. Eligible Net Collected Revenue is the amount Glosaire actually collects from an eligible website subscription payment after discounts, indirect taxes, refunds, chargebacks and credits. Discounts already reflected in the paid price are not subtracted twice. Glosaire absorbs Dodo and other payment-processing fees; those fees are not deducted from Eligible Net Collected Revenue. App Store, Google Play and other native app-store purchases are excluded. A Qualified Paying Customer is a distinct Referred Account with a non-refunded qualifying Dodo website subscription payment after its hold.

3. Commission rate and Founding Term

The Standard rate is 30% of Eligible Net Collected Revenue. A 40% Founding Creator Partner rate applies only where Glosaire deliberately assigns that rate to an approved Partner. It is not earned by referral volume or an automatic tier. The Founding Term is a fixed 12 months beginning on the later of that Partner’s approval and tracking activation. A customer locks the 40% rate only when that customer’s first successful qualifying Dodo paid-subscription payment occurs during the assigned Partner’s Founding Term; it then applies to that customer’s own first 12 months of paid subscription revenue, beginning with that payment. A first qualifying payment after the Founding Term receives the Standard 30% rate, even if the referral link was clicked or the account signed up earlier. Closing the Founding program stops new admissions only; it does not remove the 40% rate from existing locked customer cohorts. Earnings are not guaranteed. This version does not retroactively reduce earned commissions or silently replace a previously accepted agreement; any change for an existing Partner follows the notice and change provisions below.

4. Earning period and attribution

Each Referred Account’s commission window begins with its first successful qualifying subscription payment and ends at the 12-calendar-month anniversary of that payment. Eligibility is determined when a payment occurs: a payment is eligible only if it occurs strictly before that anniversary. An annual plan’s initial payment qualifies; an ordinary anniversary renewal does not. An eligible partner referral link lasts 60 days. Attribution is bound at qualifying signup: an existing Glosaire user referral takes precedence, then an eligible partner referral link. The binding stored on the account is authoritative; later browser activity cannot overwrite it. For an assigned Founding Creator Partner, the rate is determined by whether the customer’s first successful qualifying Dodo paid-subscription payment occurs during the Founding Term, not by the earlier referral or signup date.

5. Learner offers

Glosaire may configure a 10% discount on the first qualifying website purchase of a learner who signed up through a Partner’s referral link. It applies only when configured, does not stack with another active offer and does not guarantee an additional discount on an already discounted annual plan. It may be limited by product, country, period or channel, and may be changed or disabled prospectively. Use the current approved wording we provide; the offer actually applied at checkout controls.

6. Approval, holds and payouts

Each commission is subject to a 30-day hold and review. Approved, available balances at a calendar month’s end are paid within the following 30 days (monthly Net-30) after reaching $25 or its local-currency equivalent. Smaller balances carry forward. For example, a September 1 payment clears its hold on October 1; if approved and the available balance reaches $25 by October 31, payout is due within 30 days after October 31. Verification, disputes or missing payout details can delay eligibility. For newly approved Partners, Rekomi-managed payout options may include Stripe Express, bank transfer, or PayPal, subject to the enabled provider method, country and account; no method is guaranteed. Recipient processor and currency-conversion fees depend on the provider, country and account. We confirm availability and complete payout setup after approval. Applying does not require a payout account or submission of raw bank details to Glosaire. The partner dashboard is provided by invitation; its availability is not a promise that any payment has been made.

7. Adjustments, taxes and records

Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, duplicate payments, credits or reversed transactions can reduce or reverse the related commission, including through an adjustment to future payouts. Cancellation of future renewal without a refund does not reverse commission already earned. Partners are responsible for their own taxes, accurate payout details and legally required documentation. Glosaire’s transaction and attribution records control absent manifest error; contact support to dispute an apparent error.

8. Honest promotion, disclosure and conflicts of interest

Clearly and conspicuously disclose the affiliate relationship wherever you recommend Glosaire, following applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy and platform rules. For video, include the disclosure in the video and near the referral link, and use required platform promotion labels. State when Glosaire provided free access or paid for placement. Claims must be accurate, current and based on your experience. Do not imply an endorsement beyond approved participation. In your application, disclose any current sponsorship, affiliate agreement, owned product or exclusivity obligation involving a language-learning service that could conflict with Glosaire, and tell us promptly if one begins or changes while you participate. Disclosing a relationship does not by itself disqualify you. Glosaire may decline an application, or suspend or end participation, if a material conflict was not disclosed.

9. Prohibited conduct

No self-referrals, duplicate or fabricated accounts, cookie stuffing, hidden redirects, spam, misleading claims, impersonation, coupon or deal sites without written approval, paid search bidding on Glosaire trademarks or confusing variants, domain or social-handle squatting, unauthorized incentives, automated traffic or fraud. Do not manipulate or stack offers.

10. Optional channel and video featuring

Nominating content is optional and does not affect the commission rate. Submit only your own public YouTube channel and videos that you are authorized to nominate. With your separate consent, Glosaire may show approved submitted links, channel names and normal YouTube attribution in its learning discovery surfaces. This is a limited, non-exclusive permission for that display; ownership stays with you. It grants no download, re-upload or advertising rights. Featuring requires editorial review, is not guaranteed and may be removed for availability, suitability or operational reasons. Ask support to withdraw this permission and remove the feature. Withdrawal does not end your affiliate participation.

11. Premium access and onboarding

Approved creators receive Premium access free of charge for as long as they remain an active Partner, activated through the instructions provided after approval. Access ends when your participation in the program ends. There is no mandatory post or publication quota. For newly approved Partners, Glosaire may use Rekomi for partner-dashboard and referral-link operations when that service is available; existing approved Partners may continue to use their existing legacy setup. We contact you using the application email to arrange access, any available partner dashboard invitation, your referral link and payout setup. Optional content nominations are reviewed separately.

12. Ending participation and changes

Either party may end participation at any time. Glosaire may suspend tracking, withhold disputed amounts or terminate for suspected fraud, legal risk, breach, brand harm or operational need. Valid approved commission accrued before termination remains subject to these terms, thresholds and adjustments. Closing Founding admissions does not remove the 40% rate from referrals already locked during an assigned Founding Term. Material program changes will be communicated through reasonable program channels before taking effect prospectively; they do not reduce already earned commission except for the adjustments described here. Continued participation after the effective date means acceptance; stop promoting and leave if you disagree.

13. Privacy and general provisions

Application and referral data is handled under Glosaire’s Privacy Policy and applicable law. Only separately approved, consented creator featuring information is intended for public display; contact details and internal review information are not part of that permission. Never place personal information in referral links or analytics fields. These terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement; these terms control over conflicting dashboard settings. Invalid provisions are severable. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. Contact support@glosaire.com for program questions, record corrections or removal requests.
